Elizabeth is a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who specializes in helping women rebuild their sense of self, strengthen boundaries, and regulate their emotions with confidence. With a strong focus on narcissistic abuse recovery and psychoeducation, she helps clients not only heal—but deeply understand why they feel and respond the way they do.
