Meet Elizabeth

A bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, Elizabeth is dedicated to assisting women grappling with issues surrounding self-esteem, boundaries, and emotional regulation. She firmly believes in the uniqueness and potential for success and healing within each individual. Elizabeth adeptly helps clients identify their strengths and harness them throughout their healing journey.

«Past experiences often shape our perceptions, sometimes instilling negative beliefs about ourselves. Together, we can explore and challenge these beliefs, replacing them with the truth: You are beautifully and wonderfully made. You are inherently valuable!»

Acknowledging both strengths and weaknesses is key to self-acceptance and resilience. Through collaborative efforts, Elizabeth guides clients towards self-discovery and empowerment.

With extensive experience spanning various demographics and settings, including non-profit and private practice environments, Elizabeth has effectively supported individuals, youth, children, and families dealing with mental health challenges and complex trauma. She applies her expertise in conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Elizabeth fosters a non-judgmental and secure environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their struggles. She integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Marriage Counseling, to facilitate progress towards client goals.
